I am the owner of a 2019 Lexus RX-450h. When I took my vehicle to the dealership for service a few months ago, they recorded the wrong mileage on the service form, adding an additional digit, which changed my mileage from 19,704 to 190,024. Although the dealership has corrected this error with an additional service invoice that explains the error and corrects it, the Lexus website, under "My Lexus" still prominently displays 190,024 as the vehicle mileage. Despite numerous calls to Lexus corporate and my dealership, the problem persists. The folks I call at Lexus seem sympathetic, but they are unhelpful. Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks!

Correction - Mileage reads 197,024.

I would be far more concerned as to what mileage is now of record on a Carfax report of your vehicle.
