Let me repeat that:

I think deliberately fostering marketing bs to people (like the use of the words "full self driving" and "autopilot") in order to feed the hype and thus create major safety issues is not only irresponsible but dangerous.

will echo the sentiments of others. Only reason why Lexus scored so high is because it is an annoying system to have. Nobody wants a car to beep at you when you turn your head for a split second. It's not necessary. Cars with lane keep and "auto pilot" like systems are designed and can handle the freeway at 65mph with minimal issues. The latest Tesla update ruined an otherwise good system. I can barely look at the map screen without the auto pilot beeping at me now. As usual, the .1% who were stupid enough to film themselves in the backseat of an autopilot Tesla ruined it for the rest of us.
