You have to do that with most of this tech too.

Unless you were in the car there is no way to know this but I get it your only objective is to blame Tesla. The driver likely fully understood how FSD works especially since they were an engineer.

Even the Mercedes level 3 system says the driver has to be ready to take over at any time.

Why must you get so defensive? Where did I disparage Tesla? Their FSD isn't ready? Neither is anyone else's
