Submit request sounds unfavorable to me cause they could come back to me denying the request or buy back. It is really frustrating on this "wait and see", and she didn't seem to care about how these problems affects my life schedule and offer solutions as I am supposed to move to another state this month and now i am stuck.
Ok so you can drive around in a loaner vehicle for 2 months.

Can you imagine how frustrated I would have been if I just bought my IS 500 and was forced to drive around in an NX 250 loaner for two months?

Loaner is not the solution as I am supposed to move and drive my own car to another states from Portland in 3 weeks (apartment lease ending as well). They won't let me take the loaner to another states and I'm not driving all the way back to Portland to return their car.

What I don't get is Lexus fully knows there was an issue with this particular model set up, still continued to sell it. Yet they wont take ownership even with you willing to purchase same model or another Lexus model.
I was scared away first time when they did stop sale, then I was tempted again to replace my wife car with this a month ago as discounts were huge on 500H, but I am still concerned.

Attorneys are good for certain things but the processes usually drag. If you don't like how she treats you, legal path won't be any faster/better. You just help someone else make money.
So one thing is that the GM can always figure out beneficial trade assists and so on to get you into another car, but they are going to be very reluctant to make you whole in relation to your taxes and fees. The benefit of going down the lemon route is other than deductions for mileage, according to a set formula and likely very low on a 2,500 mile car, the manufacturer is obligated to give you back everything you put in, including taxes and fees.

Yes, the Rx500h is more of an experiment, entirely new transmission unproven. I’d say it’s a first generation product.

If you get into an accident, any rx500h specific parts are months away.
