I was watching car tuning on you tube, they showed on Dyno that when a car has low fuel the internal mapping in the ECU tunes it down to lower power. I also felt when I was low on fuel the car felt sluggish, and even in my Audi the same as well, but then when I fill it up it instantly felt faster. Always brushed it off as being in my head, but now I am thinking the ECU may have changed the mapping due to it being low on fuel.
Has anyone else ever heard of this?
