Right. I was more interested in the stuff we know, which is that the trademarks were filed. Now, that doesn't mean we have a 100% guarantee that the models in the filings will be produced, but it does mean Lexus at least wants to reserve those names for some reason.
When it comes to the HZ, I do feel this would be a different model from the IS, much like how we have the RZ and RX existing as two distinct models. This is different from the ES, where we just have an "e" moniker applied to the names. But, even in the case of the RZ, we get an "e" at the end (e.g. RZ 300e).

Educated guesses.
It is the "h+" that codes for PHEV plug-in hybrids.
When Jill says that she "is certain", that implies that even she is not 100% sure that the ES350e codes for a plug-in!

However, when I say that I am confident - that implies that I could never give 100% guarantee that this will happen.
If you read carefully, I don't believe that I have stated anything that is unreasonable.
Traditionally, Camry and ES were released in the same year.
While Camries enjoyed a 4-year model cycle from 1982-86 calendar years.
However, 1986-91 began 5-year model cycles, while 2011-17 began 6-year model cycles, with its predecessor 2017-24 expanding to 7-year model cycles.
With the previous 2017-24 Camry, the 7ES was released a year later in 2018.
Hence, with the all-new Camry released in 2024 as a 2025 model year, an educated guess would expect the forthcoming 8th gen ES to be released in 2025 as a 2026 MY.
Just a reasonable educated guess; it's not the end of the world or anything to worry about.
Btw.
Lexus HZ?
Because the HS was a compact sedan with FWD-based driveline, I would expect the HZ to be the compact sedan version of the compact RZ hi riding wagon - both sharing the dedicated electric e-TNGA platform, with a FWD-based EV driveline.
The of the compact RWD-based sedan above posted by 703 is probably an "IZ" RWD-based with front double wishbone suspension and near 50/50 weight distribution to take on Tesla Model 3 sedan, because e-TNGA can be adapted for use with FWD-based or RWD-based drivelines below...

Yes.
Educated guesses.
At least we know that the "e" is for electric vehicle.
It is the "h+" that codes for PHEV plug-in hybrids.
However, Lexus' "e" code for electric vehicles must not be confused with Mercedes' "e" code for their PHEV plug-in hybrids like the Benz E300e and E400e etc.

If Lexus has trademarked ES350e and ES500e, I am confident there will be an ES electric vehicle just like the European Lexus UX300e with its 73-kWh battery pack.
