Ahhh ok. Dang... didn't even think of the Ranger.

The list of 4.0L V6's is super short. I think Honda put one in the Pilot.

Lol oh I love saying "I have a 350" in my LX. Or "there's a 350 in there."

3UR was designed specifically for American market, might not be a coincidence the cubic inches. Chevy V8 was 5.7L for many many years.

But you don’t actually have a 350. The Toyota 5.7 is 345 or 346

The Toyota engine is not a 350. It’s a 346. 5663 cc. Chrysler 5.7 is a 350

We aren't, that's the cool part. If I say 345ci V8 you know it's the Chrysler not the Toyota 5.7

Because of the conversion from CUI to liters, manufacturers end up rounding.

It's why the Toyota, Chevy, and Dodge 5.7's all have different cubic inches. Then you have the Ford 351 that's only one CUI bigger than the Chevy and it's listed as a 5.8

Ford and GM both sold 5.0's in the past that were 302 and 305 CUI respectively. Ford's actually rounded to 4.9, but they already had a 4.9 inline 6, so they called it a 5.0 to avoid mixups.

The 5.0 Coyote, which has no relationship with the old Ford 5.0, was also a 4.9 with 302 CUI until 2018 when it was bored out to 307.

Lexus' 5.0 is a 303.
