This is not like the LT4, which has plenty of low end grunt on its own, even before you layer in the 3 liter supercharger to boost it further. There would literally be a line item for “replace engine” on the maintenance schedule, my guess is every 20-30k, at a cost of around $60-80k each time.

I mean it seems fine to me? Still has the same TQ as the 6.2 down low and you can give it slightly smaller turbos to have them com in early and lower redline to 7k

With how flat that line starts, that looks like launch control, spooling up the turbos then dumping the “clutch”. Not even remotely close what you would experience driving in traffic like one might do in an Escalade.

But I stand by my statement that a (comparatively) lower-displacement, rev-happy flat plane crank V8 is an exceptionally poor choice for a a large truck, even with a pair of snails.

If you need more power in an Escalade-V, install lower compression pistons, port the blower and put a smaller pulley on it, and upgrade the injectors. 1000hp (at the wheels!) comes easy and very reliably.

It's DCT but that was an engine only dyno reading, a torque converted setup will not be any slower at all vs the 6.2 below 2000rpm and utterly walk away from anything past that
