They should have the buttons AND the mousepad! Physical controls FTW!

Definitely pleased with the AHC!! I think the gearing is better in the 6 speed LX than the 8 speed. I want to say the 8 speed LX has 3.30 gears which is a vast difference from the 4.30 gearing in the Tundra.

that's true i was more thinking globally, and also thinking about the metris vans lol... i was considering anything with a 3 pointed star on it

yes here in the US i probably see equal amounts of Cs and CLAs, i probably see more GLCs than GLBs

it was like midnight lol so yea i was able to smoothly sweep from the outside lane to the inside and back out again pretending i was in qualifying haha

i also accidentally (thanks google maps) entered the express toll lanes on I-66 but luckily at that time the tolls were at a minimum level... still annoyed me since they trap you in those lanes, and i was afraid i couldn't easily get back to the highway if i took one of the express exits (i had to get to route 29 south)

I don't object to this setup (two very minor niggles, but not enough to dislike it by any means), but do prefer my current arrangement where I've tweaked my preferences the way I like, and from then on I literally never touch the seat heating/cooling controls ever again. They just come on automatically when I need them, and turn off when I don't.

The heated seats in my GS are so weak sometimes I forget they’re even on in the winter.

The 8 speed really sucked the life out of the 5.7 in the LX570, it's nearly a second slower 0-60 and just rushes for 8th. As much as I lovvvvvve the looks of the 2016+ ones, I hate that transmission. All for one extra rated MPG. The old 6 speeds are aggressively geared and never hesitate to call up downshifts fast and hold gears, even when not in PWR mode. They feel quicker than they actually are.

I've decided on a silver W210 E430 sport instead of the E55. You could get an E430 looking about 95% like the E55 and it will be cheaper to maintain. W210s are tanks.

Beautiful.. You get the hood ornament plus that sculpted hood, sorta unique.

I love the sport package on the W210 it mostly fixes the dowdy styling and I like the five spoke wheels.

yea the W210 styling was always like an awkward middle period between the classical perfection of the W124 and the modern perfection of the W211, although admittedly the W211 can be a bit boring when it doesn't have 'avantgarde styling' optioned (seriously that's what mercedes calls it lol)

Yep. Beautiful automobile inside and out. The updated rims and ground effects are an absolute must.

I'm also not a fan of white cars except on a Mercedes like this.

Not nearly as special though, I would want the E55. I would also want the monoblock wheels.

When I was a kid my best friend's uncle had a black one with those monoblock wheels and it was awesome.
