You’re not braking from 140+ down to 50-60mph

You have added windshield washer fluid

Brake is every 2/3 years depending on fluid type. Miles aren't as important, I would be cautious thinking the gear oil will last that long as well.

LS430 has been dead in the garage with a flat for about a month now, gonna tend to that today. Though I’m just going to throw one of my
ugly old 17” rims on temporarily if the bad tire can’t be patched. Not concerned about a new set of tires for a barely driven car (recently).

Thanks, I'll probably take you up on your advice, especially regarding brake fluid. As far as changing gear oil in the motors, I'll do some further investigating

Look at the color of the fluid...if it's dark or discolored, get it done ASAP. I waited a few years to do my Sienna and it was basically sludge

One of my friends from the CivicX forum who lives in SoCal told me that GR Corollas are selling for sticker price:

Interesting. You still can't get a Civic Type R anywhere near sticker, and its been selling in the US since 2017. BTW, I never mentioned anything about the engine fires, he brought it up in the discussion

Maybe in California. I remember in 2021 seeing one for $2k under MSRP in championship white. The main thing in 2017 they were $34k. Now they are $44k.😒

Looking at the 11th Gen Civic Forum, people have paid as much as a $10k markup. Some have been able to negotiate it down a little, but I don't think you will be able to get a 2024 at MSRP
