SiriusXM radio isn't as good as Sirius Radio.
In my wife's 19 F-Sport we use the built in SiriusXM and the channel lineup is missing a lot of channels I get in my work van with Sirius Radio.
Does Lexus have a Sirius Radio module instead of the crappy XM module that could be installed?

Sirius and SiriusXM are the same thing now. There is no difference. You could always just use the SiriusXM app and stream it to your car over Bluetooth.

I have Sirius XM in my Encore GX. Although it costs a little more than I would like, otherwise I'm perfectly happy with it...no problems.
A joke, BTW, that I often share with others, is that I'm Sirius....not kidding.

There is clearly a difference in the channel lineup between what my wife's Lexus has versus what my ship van has in it in a 2022 Ford Transit Connect.
I get tons more chances than she does.

There are different plans, the account in your TC has a plan with more content.

Pole Position
SiriusXM streams music channels at a reported maximum bitrate of 64kbps. Some voice stations are reportedly as low as 8kbps.
Redbook audio CD, in contrast, has a bitrate of 1,411kbps.
Even with the efficient AAC codec variant they use, you can begin to understand why it sounds terrible. Streaming siriusXM via the app is a lot better.
