But for those who have been paying attention, this is the fourth year in a row with a limited edition IS color -- First Edtion (Incognito), Molten Pearl, Blue Vector, and now Flare Yellow. Molten Pearl is my favorite so far, but this could be a lot of fun too.

 

2025 should have been a facelift or redesign. Lexus is taking the cheap way out in my opinion. Selling IS's at sticker for four years and not investing much more than adding power mirrors and one new paint color. We are watching and it does not go unnoticed.

Power mirrors are nice to have, but hardly worth upgrading if you already have one, like I do. I thought about doing it just for the special edition, which I like, but if I am being honest with myself, I am more of an Infrared guy than a Flare Yellow guy.

 

Look 100x better than the cheap ipad computer screens that every car has now.
Plus it has real buttons and a shifter.

I see so many of the new ISs so I imagine they are selling well.

 

The misalignment of the screen vs. the rest of the center stack would drive me crazy

 

Same here. The asymmetry bothers me a lot. Some other cars suffered from this too, like the early '10s Mercedes SL and SLKs.

 

Is that the smaller or larger screen?

 

It's the larger screen. Same one I've got in mine.



Like, honestly, who cares? From the driver's seat, the screen looks to be where it would be.

 

I see nothing wrong with that interior. I still think the floating tach is the coolest thing. The third restyle of the IS really hit it out of the park in my book, its sleek, sporty and just aggressive enough.
