Lowered to 1 driver 3 cars....was as high as 1 driver 5 cars before though....

I think everyone should be like me and have a hooptie (4-runner), a commuter car (GS) and a pimp mobile (745)!

Default Until ver recently

Mom-RX 300
Dad-SC 400
Me-GS 400
Sis- 1995 Mazda 929
Extra-ES 300
Extra-Pontiac Grand Am
Extra-Nissan Sentra

7 freaking cars. Since then, wrecked the GS, sold the Sentra, gave our aunt the Grand Am. Back down to 4.

In GEORGIA, you HAVE to have a car. It is a neccesity. I am sure many states are similar. When we lived in New York, WE DID NOT NEED a car. Public transportation was cheap and everywhere.

I went to school in NC (Greensboro) so I totally understand man! My freshman year I had no car, and being from NY, I was not used to walking anything more than 2blocks!! LOL. I used to bum rides everywhere, even to the CAFETERIA (we called it the CAF)

5 here:

2003 745i- DAD (MOM hates it, I'm not allowed to drive it unless I come up with insurance $$)
2001 Sienna XLE- MOM (and family work-horse)
2001 DINAN M5- DAD (MOM hates it too, and I'm not allowed to drive this either)
2000 Z3- MOM LOVES IT
1995 ES300- FOR EVERYONE (another work-horse)

Technically, I don't have my OWN car. Although I bought the ES from my parents at trade in value a year ago, I share the ES because, at 17, I don't really need my OWN car.

Didn't know what a hooptie was until I saw this link:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=hooptie

It gave me a good laugh

one person one car

although it would be nice to have a second car. I'm thinking about an older Bronco w/350 (the one that you can take the top off) something I can beat the crap out of

my folks are doing a little better:
Dad- SL55 AMG (the first car I drove and was PISSED when I had to get back in mine)
Mom - Jag XKR (ah, nothing special IMO, looks nice, drives great...paid too much)
Extra - Range Rover (not the new model)

LOL...some of those definitions are pretty cruel...a ghetto sled...a vehicle occupied by blacks, latinos or both....
