Hey Guys.. Give Me A Suggestion
I AM GETTING A NEW PAINT JOB, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT COLOR TO PAINT.. MY CAR IS BLACK RIGHT NOW AND I KNOW FOR A FACT IF I KEEP IT BLACK I WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT INTO ANY SORT OF MAGAZINE FRONT COVER, CUZ BLACK IS NOT A MARKETABLE SYMBOL, SO WHAT I AM ASKING IS WHAT COLOR DO YOU GUYS SUGGEST? BLACK AND WHITE IS THE VIP STYLE FOR ME.. BUT NOW I HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE.. SO I WAS THINKIN ABOUT CANDI BLUE ON MY LS400, OR LIKE A VERY MIDNIGHT DARK PURPLE ALMOST BLUE COLOR.. I DONT KNOW.. ANY OPINION WOULD BE APPRECIATED .. THANKS!!

I think blue is your best bet. I don't know if you can pull it off, but if you do, it could be incredible.

Here's a suggestion...STOP YELLING! LOL
What magazine covers are u specifically trying to get on? I'm guessing something like Import Tuner or Super Street? I'm pretty sure if people out there knew about VIP style and what it is, you would have a chance at getting on a cover while keeping your car the way it is...however, that's not the case since very few people out there know about VIP. Most of the cars I've seen on the covers of mags are more along the lines of the ricer crowd, and I don't think it would be worth it to paint your car with a color that would stand out just to get on a cover....just my $.02.

Blueish Silver. There are plenty of silver VIP cars. Looking in the mags and websites these can look just as classy as black/white cars...
The color i'm thinking of is similar to the silver offered on the 94 onwards SC, but with more blue (almost a baby blue)

VIP color
Dark cherry red (sometimes called Blackberry) is a classic VIP color....not the usual burgundy that everybody offers. It heats up fast in the summer sun, and can show a lot of dust, fingerprints, etc... but it's just gorgeous when the sun hits it and you get a good shot. I had a Saturn years ago with that color and the dark purple-red was just awsome when the light hit it.
