I've been becoming more and more interested in S4's since I visited APR (local in Auburn) and after I've seen what a few slightly modded S4's could do. Have any ClubLexus owners owned an S4 or an Audi in general? How's the reliability on these things (I know it's no Lexus). Thanks in advance guys.

Is this the first year they came out?

I had an associate in GA that got one when it first came out, modded it up a bit and drove it to Michigan often. I know he put a lot of miles on it without complaining about it being in the shop.

They came out in 2000 but if I were to get one it'd be a 2001 -- and I'd be "looking" for one in about a year or so.

they did not impress me all that much i swore he said a 96 model..but the other was 2001....low to mid 20k...not that bad

I personally really like them but have heard the 6 speed isn't a good tranny. I'm sure for stock driving it would hold up fine, but heavilly modding, you might run into trouble.
