Sized larger than 5-series/E-class, but smaller than 7-series/S-class. Perhaps to be positioned against Lexus GS or Infiniti M45.

Adaptive headlights (move with the steering)

Well, guys, I don't want to sound arrogant here, but they BETTER use AWD with that new engine. 300 HP (and I'm assuming more or less equal torque) with front-drive....even with a standard automatic like on the RL, which is primarily a luxury car ......would make for some hellacious torque steer. Cadillac has had somewhat of a problem, too, with this, on the 300 HP front-drive Northstars.....but the soft Cadillac power steering units help filter some of it out.
