I'm sure there are some better german speakers than me (come on, I havent spoken german since i was 4!, i still learnt dutch, japanese and English after that!), but i managed to catch this info:

Ugh... That sounds wrong, i am trying to say i understand it, but i cant speak it very well. I spoke dutch at home until i was 10 or so, and then i went back to Holland when i was 14 for 6 months... Lets just say i understand dutch better than german! (and Japanese better than dutch!)

I am in Australia; have lived here since i was 5... But I am currently trying to get my dutch citizenship back, because i want to return to Holland at some time; and possibly travel the EU...
