Put me down for six!

Might have to talk to the old man and get him to trade in the 01.

Yes, I think the Corvette is the front runner right now. I want t see what Lexus/Toyota is up to as well as BMW.

I would love to make the jump from C4 to C6. I'll take a Silver convertible with red interior.

Default AW tests the C6

http://www.autoweek.com/cat_content...._code=06232757

When Chevy was developing the C5, there was the Mazda RX-7 and Nissan ZX Turbo to worry about, the Acura NSX to wonder about, the Porsche Boxster chasing.
I thought the 300ZX got discountinued in 96/97, and the turbo model was out since 89?
no mention of the Supra
I swear automotive journalists are idiots.

They said developing, so yes what they said was right. They've been developing this Corvette for years, so they were probably doing the C5 as early as about 94-95. It is strange the Supra wasn't mentioned however, because the Supra beat the hell outta the C4 in every test I read. Plus, the MKIV Supra and NSX are the same age correct?

Default 2 C4's the Supra couldn't beat...

1. 1990-1995 ZR1
2. 1996 LT-4 6-speed Coupes.

Those were very quick!

My 95 auto coupe took down a few tt Supras as well. LT-1's were very potent. With 2.59 gears, a hypertech power programmer, and a K&N filter, it pulled a 13.37@105 in the quarter on Eagle GS-C's (315/35/17 on GS wheels).

...I'm quite happy with my C5, however. I'll pass on the C6.
