All 3 look great inside and out. But the GS, clearly gets the nod looking at them side to side to me from an exterior standpoint. Interiors are all very nice, pretty much a toss-up.

Acura doesnt have the look of a luxury car plus its not RWD, the only thing i like is the interior. 
M35/45 looks OK......i really like the interior and it will have many cool features. The taillights are ugly and Ithink it looks too much like the G35 sedan.
GS3/4 also looks OK......I like the back and sides of the car, but the front is ugly especially the headlights. I dont really like the interior either, I wish it was more like the one in the LS or SC. Plus it does kind of resemble the new Maxima.
Just based on looks, i would take the GS over the M35/45 because with a few mods it will look great.
But i would have to compare the specs/features/options/price to make my final decision if i decided to buy 1 of them. For now im happy with my current GS.

Exterior, I definitely prefer the M.
Interior is very close, although I'd give the nod to the M as well.

I voted M exterior because it just looks so muscular to me. I even like the current M45 and I know I'm in the minority for that one. I voted the GS interior because they all look pretty even to me, but knowing Lexus quality interiors, I vote the GS over the others.

Well having seen all these cars at the NY Auto Show, I like the GS the best. I didn't like the fact that the wood on the door is very minimal compared to today's GS430, as if they cheapened the interior. Also the fact the stupid model would not open the back door for us to see the rear seats and legroom ticked me off. The RL was locked with tint, making it hard to see inside. Looked good, but V6 with 300 HP, must be a high redline to get that power. And the M45 looks nice, I didn't like the dash layout personally and the G35 taillights have to go, make it look unique. I still would pick the new GS overall though. But I look forward to seeing all 3 cars on the roads and the perfomance numbers they put up as well.

GS, hands down.
Outside and inside, the GS is clearly the classiest one of the three. The M45's interior is way too garish....stark black/white contrasts and metallic trim. Looks like an Elvis Presley car from the 1950's. The Acura's has too much of a hi-tech look....and also too much metallic trim. The GS has nice-looking wood and leather and a tasteful appearance.

Not one of three would get my money. Only the front of the M45 looks good, only the interior of the RL looks good , I think the front of the RL jacks up the whole car. Theres nothing about the GS I like.

Hey I got an idea slap the M45 tails on the back of that GS and you'd have yourself one killer new Avalon.
