I think that is the 06 GS
Their dimensions match up very nicely.

It is not the 06 GS, but the GS300 shares the V6 of the Crown IIRC.

Crown is not more luxurious than Celsior.. it is just the newest model Toyota offering in Japan.. I have been inside the car couple of times.. its smaller than Celsior and it is much cheaper..

Default Toyota Crown

The Toyota Crown was sold here in the US back in the 70's as the top American Toyota model, and was replaced as the top model by the Cressida. The Cressida, in turn was replaced by the Avalon in the U.S. market in 1995...which was originally designed to be a stand-alone Lexus but was shifted to Toyota Division by management to be the new Toyota Flagship. That is why the Avalon drives so much like the ES300, and Lexus decided it didn't need two ES300's. In some overseas markets, the Crown nameplate was retained...as the picture indicates.
I wasn't aware of the "Athletic" model...perhaps this is a sport package for it.
