have you seen that thing in the snow??? looks like crazy fun! There is a video floating around of some crazy guys testing it in the snow at a Track in Toronto that was covered in snow. Makes me want to buy one just to see what its like!

I remember when I was down in Greenwich, CT and I saw an Enzo on the street. It was about to snow that day too! If someone could drive an Enzo in the snow I don't think a AWD RS6 would have a problem.

i think 80K is a lot of money for me
that's why it's in quotes. to us it might be a lot of money, but to (still) a lot of people out there 80k is nothing. there are tons of cars more expensive than that and people still drive those all yr around.

$80k is a lot to me too... I am going to see how these depreciate over the next 6 months considering they will be 2 model years old at that point.

Yep, they still have them new all over though, because they didn't quite sell as well as they expected, and now they don't offer any reasonable financing rates on them

I posted a thread once for people to reply with cars that could be used all year round for under $50k that would be fast/nice enough I wouldn't have to buy a second car for fun and no one had a SINGLE one that they though would fit the bill! Any ideas?

I was with you on the S4 thing... I test drove a new one a week or two back, and it just wasn't quite fast enough that I feel like I would be satisfied to the point I wouldn't want a second more powerful car. My perspective is quite a bit off I guess, because it has been a long time since I have tried having a sub 400 HP car to be my only car.

It was a nice car though, and those new motors sound awesome! I wonder if anyone could shoehorn the RS6 drivetrain into an A4 platform? Now THAT would be satisfying

Yes, the new ones are NA V8, which is I was I was surprised at those numbers.

Apparently the APR full exhaust ($2200) is good for 25+ HP and 35+ TQ, which isn't too bad, but they don't even have a chip out for it yet that I can find. I wish it was turbo, because I think everyone here knows how I feel about turbos
