Default Question regarding a Suburban - holes in the wheel well?

I know this is a random question, but are these holes normal in a wheel well for a '04 Suburban?

Thanks!

Yes they are. I think there's supposed to be a plastic liner over it, but for '04 I'm not sure. Remember, it's a GM, nothing on the car has to make any sense to be there...

Looks like mounting holes for the factory fender flares that are availible.

Maybe that truck got shot 9 times like 50 cent? I figure typical GM crap.

50 Cent wouldn't be caught dead in one of those $30,000 Suburbans ... No, he prefers to pay $80,000 for Caddy-badged GM trucks.

That and $60,000 Tahoes with "HUMMER" badging.

Too bad it's not just 50 Cent who buys that crap.

D is correct. On the LT models with leather interior and such, you get fender flares also...

You guys are the best. Here is the interior of the Suburban.

The exterior of the Suburban is completely stock except for a billet grill and debadging of the logo.

No, the car isn't mine. The place that does this is www.beckerautodesign.com. Remember, these types of SUV is not meant for the driver, but for the principal sitting in the rear. So, if you are caught driving one, you are in the wrong social status. lol.
