Nice Triple Black S-55 with 20" Black Lowenhart LD5's
Hey guys just wanted to share. This guy I know in passing, picked up a 04 Triple Black Mercedes Benz S55 about 2weeks ago. I was driving home from the carwash, and he drove up next to me with it!! I pulled over and he gave a quick ride in it, what a machine!!!! The car only had 36miles on it then (why cant I have one 
). Its fully loaded with Distronic Cruise, Keyless Go, Powered open/close trunk, you name it.
The thrust that this thing provides is plane old INSANE, I could not get near it, and he was not even pushing the throttle halfway down. It sounds like a cigarette boat too, such a bassy, burbly exhaust.
He called me today to let me know he got his new wheels :
20" Lowenhart LD-5 Black face, polished lip, staggered, Pirello P-Zero Nero tires
I love the look, but it needs a drop BADLY, I tell him this everytime I see him. LOL. This is my dream car (with a drop, and tint, and bigger lip action) LOL.
Am I the only one with this dream?

Damn!! Black on black S55! You don't see those often
I remember the last time I saw an S55, it was in Manhattan when I was driving my cousins Explorer, crazy thing is that the guy was driving it like a taxicab, reckless as ever without a care in the world. Life must be good.

That car is just sick! But yeah, definitely needs a drop... and for some reason I don't think it's the money that's holding him back from doing it

The black on black setup is a first I've seen on an S55; lucky that you were there to witness at the right time D 
However for some reason the 5-spoke LD5 design seems to create a more open "look" in the wheel/brake area than it needs to. Then again, it could be just too much sunlight in the pics (darkness is preferably on our side LOL)
I prefer the stock rims on the S600. That would look really nice all around on a black S

D you can't get enough of this car huh? You will have one soon I can see it now lol.
As for the car ya it is hot but the wheels look small with that huge body, boy that thing must be fast.
