Default BMW M7 Concept

Geneva 2004, BMW reveals their M5 Concept to the world. At the heart of the beast, lie a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V10 producing 500 hp and at least 500 Nm of torque. With the new M5 debuting as a production model this year in Paris, is BMW ready to pull off another M concept out of their hats? Perhaps a M7 Concept with a 6.0-litre V12 producing in excess of 600 hp and well above 650 Nm of torque. Even though the artists rendering above is just a figment of our imagination, a M6 concept is more likely to appear at Paris along side its M5 brother rather than a M7. The M6 concept would use the same exact engine as the M5, the 5.0-lire V10, but conceivably with more power. The M6 concept would also come equipped with the 7 Speed SMG gearbox and thus benefit from its F1 origins. If a concept does debut, the production version could come as early as mid to late 2005 as a 2006 model. However, if the 5.0-litre V10 with 500 hp isn’t enough for you, a CSL edition of the M6 is being considered and will employ the same weight saving techniques and power gains as the M3 CSL.
Prices for the M6 are expected to be roughly around $10,000 US more than the 645Ci. Both a coupe and convertible M6 will be made with the convertible arriving 6 months later. At this moment, it is uncertain whether the M6 CSL will be sold in the United States.

The M doesn't bother me with its looks and hasn't been bangled up badly.

I'm still a fan.

Pretty nice, but doesn't it kinda look like a 3 in the front from the lower portion?

While BMW's M7 is only a concept, a German company, G-Power, has supercharged standard 760i to produce 530 HP and 740 pounds of torque. G-Power's 760i is for sale around $250K.

The G-Power model is much better looking than the M7 concept IMO.
How big are those wheels? 22"?

G-Power's wheels on the picture are 9.0 x 22 inches on the front axle and 10.5 x 22 inches on the rear axle. The company offers them in three sizes, large (20 inches), extra large (21 inches) and jumbo (22 inches).

I believe this is not a BMW concept, but (to quote the article) "the artists rendering above is just a figment of our imagination" (and "our" is germancarfans.com).

Yes, but it's not real. It's not even from BMW. It's just 'german car fans' wet dream.
