lol, look for the vid of the 03' saleen s351 w/ pulley, exhaust, etc, etc, 6sp vs. a 03' e55 5.4L s/c 5sp auto w/ bfg drag radials, and you would not say this. they raced 2 diff times both on video and the e55 won. both times
id take the benz over that p.o.s anyday AMG knows whats up. do a search on google ur find it then ur know

try that
Yeah buddy, I've seen them both and both have been on my hard drive for a while now. Those are some of my favorite vids. But, comparably equipped, the CTS and the E55, both are about 5 and a half liters, both blown. Now, if this CTS had special exhaust like the AMG, it would have around 600 to 700 hp. Try and tell me a 700 hp car will get smoked by a 500 hp car with equal drivers. Won't happen! My only worry is that since its aftermarket, the warranty would be void. If somehow there were a warranty for these parts, I would EASILY save 20 grand over the E55 and scoop this no problem. The CTS-V is being taken serious by everyone from magazine article writers to even Lexus forum members. It has proven it's handling, braking, and NA engine power on the nurburing (sp?). Truly, like mmarshall said, it is Not just another chevy. It is a very special breed GM made.

Default well

i see a modded version being worth 65k comparing to a stock cts-v being 50+k. i don't see the value of a new one imho.
