It's the law in Texas to have a front lisence plate on the front. I agree it looks ugly. Sure takes away from the looks.

Yeah, this is funny.
What gets me even more is that this car is a CLK55 AMG. Owners of these kind of machines are usually really in tune with everything about their car. If it came back from the MB tech like this I would of noticed it right away. But this picture was taken after its been all shined up because the guy is selling his car. How in the hell did he miss this?
I don't like to flame so I won't release the forum I found this on because I am also a member on that forum.

Like everyone else has said, rotating staggered wheels is a no-no, but what would really happen to the car with the rotation (as far as suspension, tires, etc)?

What will probably happen is that his guy, by putting unequal-size wheels tires on the front and rear, will screw up the ABS, traction control, stability system, and low-tire pressure computers. The sensors in these various computers are going to go bonkers trying to account for the continual differences in front and rear rotation speeds due to the unequal-size wheels. The dash is going to look like a Christmas-tree full of colored warning lights indicating computer malfunctions. You can't do this kind of stuff unless the car was designed for it at the factory. Then he (or she) will take it back to the dealer and ask the service manager and wonder why nothing works right.
