Toyota Patents Car with Emotional Expressions

Toyota has patented a design for an emotion-displaying vehicle, reports just-auto.com. The design - influenced by the pod concept displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show - has a shaped bonnet and headlights to represent eyebrows, eyelids and tears, plus an antennae that can wag about and adjustable body height. It's meant to allow drivers to communicate with each other and make friendly gestures, as an antidote to aggression and road rage.

I can't really see any practical value of it other than that I'm sure it'll make for a good chick car.
