Now replace Takumi with Honda and AE86 with NSX and you get this video.
Only that it's still unknown whether or not this defeat is enough to make Honda realize the same thing.
Eh...anyone knows what I'm talking about?

One more thing, was the Ferrari and the Porsche autos? I didnt see them shift at all, and I noticed there wasn't a clutch.

By the way, those aren't just some random rich Japanese guys. Most of those guys race in JGTC. I love Best Motoring and I think the NSX is awesome...The Lambos just had too much power...And the CSL, well, it proves it's just too expensive, LMAO.
And did you see the brake fade on the Ferrari...UGH!
I wanted to beat the announcer stupid, I've never heard anyone that lame or annoying in my life...

Ferrari's system is quite different. It's kinda like E-shift in concept, but taken to a-whole-nother level. Much more sophisticated. Lexus, Mercedes, etc. have shift buttons/gates and such, but it's not a true clutchless sequential F1-type transmission.
The Ferrari transmission is something like a $10,000 option and more closely related to F1 race cars than the "manual shift" features found on other luxury cars. BMW has a similar system called SMG and Toyota had a true sequential transmission avaliable on the MR2.

The conclusion is that SMG is better for track racing, while the manual is still better at a drag strip due to the SMG's difficulty in launching the car.
