Hondas lease out very well because of their incredible resale values.
However, this is obviously a subsidized lease in order to get the last of the NSXs out of here before the new one comes out. Still the incredible resale value of the NSX helps.

Yes, it sounds like a pretty good deal for a new NSX lease to me too Mike. I personally hate leases, but they do have advantages in certain situations.
Edit - check the insurance premiums before you lease. NSX can get pretty pricey.
