Default Updated Infiniti M35/45 news

First, looks like the styling is from the Nissan Teana
http://www.nissan.co.jp/TEANA/

Here is a shot of the interior with wood. Looks GREAT to me, thought the wood behind the door handle on the door looks stolen exactly from the current GS.

Great interior...

I like the interior, but it reminds me of a maxima on the exterior.

New M35/45 looks much better than the Teana. That Interior with wood trim looks gorgeus, as is the exterior. The tail lights are the only part that's questionable IMO

My first impression is that it looks like a stretched G35 sedan. Not bad, but not disntictive either. As for the interior, there's something odd about that huge almost-horizontal "lip" that puts me off. The color of the seats is also rather disgusting, but in black or grey leather it could look sharp (perhaps with brushed metal accents instead of the miniature forest?).

I kinda like it...but I also kinda like the present one. Yes it's sorta boxy, almost like a 1960ish car. But that made it different. I'll say it again, I'm tired of cookie cutter cars. Pretty soon you won't be able to tell one brand from another. It'll be Brand X, Brand Y, etc. The M35 pushed the enveloped, Nissan should be rewarded for trying. This new one simply falls in line with the styling direction of some other brands...but it's not bad.

I still don't like the tail lights. Not sure if I like that huge 'horizontal bar' on the dash either. It almost looks like a tall hatch back. I am more wary of the new vehicles from Infiniti now. The FX35/45 are fine suvs, but some owners complain about 'bubbles' in the leather seats?? Infiniti overall is still one notch below Lexus IMO...not to mention the horrible QX56

Not quite as impressive as the original pre-production pics posted on it. Still very nice. I'll definitely go for a look-see when it comes out.

It's too bad that while the front is pretty okay, I can never live with the ridiculous rear.
The interior with that wood trim on the other hand does look very nice. If the high-quality-plastic-looking dash isn't just a result of lots of air-brush it's quite an impressive improvement over the current model.

But again, until they fix that obnoxious rear, I won't be caught driving it.

I can't believe someone actually took to copying the Avalon's tail!

But other than that, it looks alright.

There's a model in HK which looks kinda similar... I'm not sure if it's the one they call the Cima?
