My new toy: 2004 BMW M3
Well I do not regularly post on this forum, well not much at all actually, but just wanted to share my new toy with everyone.
A quick review of the car:
An amazing machine to say the least, handles great and gobs of power everywhere. I do have gripes about the clutch as it has a strange clutch delay valve, but that will soon be taken out for easier clutch work. Exemplifies German engineering.....don't think I am trying to boast for the Germans. Having lived here in Germany the last half year or so I've come to understand German engineering to it's zenith:
"Make the important things perfect, the rest...ehhhhhhhh just enough to work!"
The car is mechanically flawless as far as engineering (engine reliability not withstanding) but the rest is lackluster. The little things like improperly tucked leather, the window squeaking when brand new, the pieces of plastic falling off, the alignment being out of spec straight from the factory. All quite annoying, compared to my Lexus the build quality is close to the line of a Ford Focus but with better materials.
Well enough gripes, here are some pics:

Hehe, I did say I've been living in Germany for the last half a year or so
And yes the Autobahn is all it's cracked up to be...only place on earth I know that let you cruise at 150mph for hours on end.

Yeah, since I'm over here working for the US of A I get a choice of the long plates or short ones.
Here's one of my beater; a 1990 Nissan Micra
Reason why I got the short plates was because the photo taker for speedboxes here are geared toward the long plates, the short plates have smaller number, so naturally at high speeds it's a bit harder to catch. All in the name of speed
