Default PhotoBlocker Spray

Has anyone tested out PhotoBlocker Spray with flash photography during the day and did the spray worked?

I have, it works pretty well from angles. Straight on it's so so. The stronger the flash the better it works.

photocops are mostly at an angle with strong flash, so i quess this will be good

From what I can tell (correct me if I am wrong). The spray makes the plate very glossy, so when there is a flash it causes the photo to be overexposed. It's not very noticiable unless you are up close.

This photo-spray stuff is not new.....I did a thread on it myself a few months back. The only questions I have about it are its legality in some states ( I don't know of any state laws that mention this product either pro or con ) or what would happen if the cops somehow were able to track you down anyway....even without the tag number or with a partial exposure of the tag number.
Dave.....you're usually pretty knowledgeable about this kind of stuff. Are there any laws in NC that ban these sprays? There are none in VA that I know of that even address it.
