I don't think Porsche would allow a mispronunciation of their name in a commercial... so if the commercial says it's 2 syllable, it is I don't really see the other side of the argument here.

It's been said that both pronunciations are correct (if that's possible). In my experience, 95% of people say it with one syllable. Usually I've only heard women pronounce it Porsch-uuuhhhhh (no offense to the guys).
Doesn't it sound like the feminine version of Porsche?
