Wink My Latest.... TOY!

2004 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR
Ultimate Edition!
Cashmere-Monotone Paint (The most INCREDIBLE Pearl you've ever seen!)
Light Parchment Interior w/ Burlwood & Brushed-Alluminum

As you read this... Installing matching chrome-grille in the lower bumper, rear spoiler, and DVD System.

Too follow: 22's (Nothing bigger for me due to ride comfort and advice from my wheel shop.)

After test driving every SUV in this class, It was "clearly" the winner:
- 5.4L DOHC 32-V V-8, 300hp & 355 ft/lbs torque, 8,600 lbs towing capacity (boat on the horizon...)
- Active Air-Suspension (lowers when you park for easy exit and entry and also lowers at highway speed for better handling)
- Front & Rear Independent suspension (class exclusive)
- RSC (roll stability control, class excusive)
- Excellent turning radius
- Comfortable, yet supportive seats (Captains 2nd-row recliners)
- Power fold-flat 3rd row seating (not offered by any competitor!)
- Heated & A/C cooled seats (class exclusive)
- Best in class cargo (when seats folded down)
- Power Liftgate (class exclusive)
- Tire Pressure Monitoring
- Extended Rear-Park Assist

The list goes on. But as you can see, with FIVE (5) luxury/technical features not even offered by ANY Luxury SUV, it was a clear-cut winner!

Thoughts...?

Very nice! Lexus needs to start offering more rim options; bigger rim options!

Is the silver car a new 350? Never seen one w/ a spoiler.

Nice choice!!! I would have to agree with the shop...22's will still give you aome form of comfort.....but with everything else....there is ALWAYS a sacrifice. run a decent size tire on there....45 series....and you'll be okay.....I've seen up to 24's on that truck but it is just too big.

Good Luck!!!!!

I had an '04 Eddie Bauer Expedition for a while and it was a lot of fun to drive. Huge cabin, high above it all, plenty of seating, etc... I also drove a friends '04 Navigator and loved it. The interior is amazing, way better than the Escalade. Just watch out for the gas which im sure you already know about.. I think I got 14 miles per gallon in the Expedition. I expect the Navigator to be a little worse given the added weight of the extra luxury amenities. I think the Navigator was around $100 to fill the two tanks Its worth it though Another thing I like is it seats more than all the luxury Flagship sedans out there. The Expedition/ Navigator are the best full-size Luxury SUV's out there IMO.

Unfortunately no... That is new for 2005 and is supposed to get a couple of more miles a gallon. But I could not pass on the incredible incentives & rebates on the 04's.
Not to mention... I had the dealer pull up a 2005 next to the 2004, and I preffer the "rounded off front-end" of mine oppossed to the "squared-off" for 05 as seen below.

Thoughts...?
