lol Ferrari is cracking down on server abuse, I can't view the owners club section anymore.
https://www.owners.ferrari.com/cgi-b...01_0_login.jsp
maybe I'll try spoofing it.
that's low, before you just needed to pay....now they actually want your vin #.
auto enthusiasts can't view anything on the site, thats real cheap.
guess unless you own a Ferrari, you ain't good enough to visit the site.

Driving Impression: Ferrari Superamerica
19 May 2005 by: John Simister
If you think I've been bought, I quite understand. But then, why shouldn't Ferrari launch the Superamerica in Monaco the weekend before the Grand Prix? We have to stay somewhere, so it might as well be the Hotel de Paris across the square from the Casino. And no-one could accuse us of excessive posing, because the place is a sea of supercars and an unfamiliar take on a Ferrari 575 Maranello with a particularly neat line in opening glass roofs is merely very cool, not jaw-droppingly envy-inducing.
From my bedroom balcony I have a perfect view of what is quickly becoming the Monaco Grand Prix circuit as endless pieces of numbered Armco barrier are slotted precisely into place. In a week's time the city streets will reflect the sounds of screaming V10s, but I'm about to drive the course, and thence head out to the hills, with a V12 as my soundtrack. It's a V12 powerful enough to make the 575 Maranello Superamerica Ferrari's fastest-ever convertible. (This statistic conveniently forgets the F50, but you could argue that car was a targa-top rather than a true convertible. Whatever.)
V12 pushes out 540bhp
There's 540bhp under this bonnet, a 25bhp bonus over the solid-roof Maranello and more than enough, it's hoped, to make up for the extra 60kg of weight. In fact there's unofficially a little more than 540bhp here, because this car has the GTC pack which includes not only stiffer springs, active damper settings and anti-roll bars, and carbon-ceramic brakes with red callipers, but also a lightweight carbonfibre rear silencer with freer flow and a fine note.
