Great Pics!
Wow, thanks for the great pictures! This car looks fantastic and very promising.
IIRC, the G35 got off to a luke-warm start, that is until people drove it. Now it is arguably best in class and also has the highest resale value in its class (KBB).
Infiniti is really on a roll (G35s, G35c, FX35, FX45, QX56). I personally don't like the new QX56 but it is selling well, meeting Infiniti's expectations. The Fuga already has three times more than expected orders in Japan.
I can see this thing becoming another knock-out success for Infiniti.
For the person who asked about horsepower, the M35 will have about 280HP and the M45 about 340HP.
I can't wait to see how the new GS and M compare to each other.

What are the Lexus styling cues that make each model look like a Lexus? The Infinitis are now starting to have very similar styling cues, perhaps more "same sausage, different lengths" than some here would like, but I don't notice anything similar among any of the Lexus cars except the badge...

With the exceptions of the steering wheel and the shifter ****, the interior looks GORGEOUS. Wow. Nice job, Infiniti.

Lexus is known(recently) for lowering there price with every new redesign, or raise it by a few hundred bucks. So thats my guess. But then again with the M car, these are not official prices, so that M35 may start at 37 and and the M45 at 44K.(where the 2nd gen started when it first came out)

I know it's easier for Honda to make just one car without different option packages, but to a consumer it's better to have the choice.
I think this segment is growing much like the "luxury" SUV segment. A lot more people want more than a TL/ES/G35 but can't afford or don't need a big class car like the LS.
Also I was reading how AWD is much more in demand b/c people have gotten used to SUVs and now don't want do give up the awd even if they might want a car instead of a suv.

AWD is something you hear about a lot and it seems like a lot of people want it but when you look at the sales numbers they are about as low as the V8 variants of these models - less than 20% of total sales.
The manufacturer with which this doesn't hold is Audi cause they're going the Subie way and making virtually their entire line AWD. AWD is certainly not doing anything for Audi cause their sales numbers are in the toilet.

In reading multiple forums, it seems everyone is saying the same thing? What the hell did Nissan do to the exterior recently? For some reason all pretty much agreed the FUGA concept was great sans the tails. With the production model, it no longer looks special. THe front end is to SUVish for me. It still looks good though.

my fav new pics:
If you look closely at the bottom part of the dopor panel where the sill is, you can see that the name infiniti lights up. nice touch
while it has lost some luster from the FUga concept, it still loooks nice in pictures. When I saw it in person, it was much more stunning than any picture Ive seen. I think if it were lowered 1-3 inches, it would make a great change in its appearence. Why cant nissan make there cars lower? They did it good for the Z, cant they do that for every new car?
