Default Photos of my rides...

I woke up early this morning and tried to take some cool pics of my rides, but my camera wasn't cooperating. (or I still haven't figured the damn thing out)

Here is one of the shots that I fired off... what do you guys think?

Darren

What do you think?

I think you took entirely to much time to park and label each one

Looks nice and peaceful around there!

Nice cars, even the minivan

I'd like to see more pics of the Caddy and the 240sx conv, don't see those too often.

That garage looks huge.

Yeah, I wanted one of those things for about two or three years. I had looked at several on eBay and almost bought one, but it turned out to be in far worse condition than the auction had presented so I held back. I finally found this one just about a mile away from my house in an old guy's driveway. I talked him down to $1500!!! It has good body, glass and chrome and runs like a champ (390ci).

The first thing I did was drop it to the ground.... cut the springs too low then ordered legit springs to raise it back up a couple of inches.

Then I bolted on a set of eBayed 18" American Racing wheels that I got for a steal.

A woman backed into the front grill and bumper (small dings only), so insurance paid me about $1000.. that means I am into this car for about $1100 right now.... and it generates FAR more looks than any other $1100 car I have ever owned!! haha....

(by the way, that last photo looks like I have wood tied to the top of the Caddy, but it is on the Passat wagon behind it)

My grand dad had this car when I was a little kid. I have fond memories of Sunday afternoon drives that I'll never forget. Great car.

I live with my dad, and he is not much of a car guy. I knew he was going to give me a bunch of crap when he came home to find this beast in the driveway. To my surprise he told me a story about HIS father (who died before I was born) bringing home a 1963 Cadillac coupe one day... no one in the family knew that he was going to do it. He drive that car for five+ years until he passed away. My dad said he didn't really care for the car much at the time, because he bought it as a five-year-old used model, but it was still kinda cool that I happened to buy the exact same car without knowing the story. (Would you be passionate if your parents bought a 1990 Caddy? Prolly not, haha)
