WE're also going to have to assume that these kids weren't drunk. Alcohol, in a strictly Islamic society, is a BIG no-no ...and they DO enforce that. Also, it is unlikely that a drunk would have the kind of skill and concentration required for that kind of drifting in and out of traffic...especially in a FWD car.

As incredibly dangerous and irresponsible this is...

IT'S DAMN GOOD DRIVING.

That is amazing control. Amazing.

I'm sure tho they have their fare share of wrecks. The other videos posted show that pretty clearly.

It's also pretty clear that these guys don't give a ***** about anything.

Oh, and it seems the guy on the pedal bike was towed up to those speeds. Notice the tow vehicle is always there as they start filming each pass.

The laws are enforced, but if you took a minute to notice when these things take place, you would know from the flow of traffic that its either VERY VERY early in the morning (5-6AM on weekend) or during the middle of the day where no one is out there (becuz of the 120F hot weather), and when no one is out there, chances are not too many cops are going to be roaming around empty streets.

But if you knew the situation in saudi a bit better, you would understand before making quick judgments.

They would not dare do such thing in front of cops, and cops have sting operations to catch these guys. Maybe a visit to police stations and impounds will paint you a better picture. However, you cannot stop everything no matter what you do. I am not defending the Saudi police, but just to clarify the rest of the story.

I'm not making any quick judgements here. The Saudi military and police have had a long reputation for being inefficient. And if you noted in my last post I remarked that these kids apparantly were sober (and skilled) enough to know what they were doing.
I think we can both agree, however, that this kind of driving is foolish and dangerous...skilled or not.
And it really irks me to see people drive like this and get away with it.

LOL! I was lost there for a moment becuase you can only "bargain" to a certain extent with the salesman, even in the Middle East. Salesmen still want their commision!
