4. Mixed with 1970s/80s disco/**** interior
5. Made in Mexico
Pathetic. This segment is much to crowded for this lame attempt. Please, someone, put Lincoln out ther misery. . Sad. Ford created Lincoln to be the uplevel brand. That was visionary back in the 1930s. Good idea.
HOW THE HELL DO YOU HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE THAN MOST OTHER LUXURY BRANDS and find yourself at the bottom of the food chart. Lincoln should be OWNING the market. Instead, they are getting OWNED.
The automotive press is going to eat this car alive. I'd get a 4 cylinder Acura TSX before this.

The new Avalon will have 280 hp...that's more than the LS400, SC400, and damn near the LS, GS, and SC now. 50-75 more hp would be extreme overkill.
Mmarshall, I found I do have the magazine at my house, but my parent's scanner isn't working, my digital camera hid its cord from me and my scanner is back at school! So for now I'm afraid I can't attach a pic. But for anyone curious or who saves C&D issues, it is the July 2004 issue on page 40 or so.

[QUOTE=Lexusfreak]Agreed 1SICK This is the best Lincoln can do? I heard that it's suppose to get AWD as well but all in all, a very big disappointment I'd say. QUOTE]
Lincoln has recently become a supplier of Navigators to NBA and NFL guys, Town Cars to limo firms and senior citizens, and really not much else. The LS is a nice car but second-rate in fit-and-finish.
I can understand you guy's skepticism of the new Zephyr, but let's wait and see how it sells.
