Default Bad Fitting Carbon Fiber

I just got a carbon lip. It's curved and doesn't fit. I've heard that carbon pieces can go out of shape if left out in the sun so im thinking the shop probably did that.

Has anyone had any problems with carbon fiber?

they probably didn't let it cure long enough. even the slightest heat will make the CF out of shape, but sadly, most shops just put the items in stock instead of letting it cure. it takes many, many hours.
