Well, I am curious about the used Porsche market and just wanted to verify the numbers in case anyone else is too. You know what happens when you assume ... ![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Just because I put smilies in a post does not mean I don't want to know the answer. Plus part of my job is to make sure info is accurate. I am sure Mike just typed too fast but that is why we watch out for each other.

The Boxter is nice - but if you end up with one - buy some mothballs and drain all the fluids from the car b/c the insurance will be prohibitively high. Not to mention maintenance even if you do get it insured at a reasonable price.
I don't know how old you are (you mentioned your parents) - but if you're young, like me, insurance comapnies hate you - especially if you have a Porsche.

i definitely can appreciate that sometimes it doesn't matter what is expressed but how it's expressed.
the sentence " thanks for being the hero " contains no sarcasm at all- there's no roll-eye or thumbdown symbols. i know this would clerify the above question.
