There have been a lot of rumors.

The facts are………..

SSR did file for protection from their creditors last Thursday. The company is currently closed for business.

There will be a period of company restructuring, we expect to learn the details of these actions within the next two weeks.

We are confident that SSR SSF production will be able to continue in the future.
Please keep in mind that we have lots of product to sell. We are going into the spring season for 2005 with about 50% more inventory in SSR
product than we had for spring 2004. Also customers can be assured that The Tire Rack will honor all product warranty claims.

It is truly sad to see this. i absolutely love SSR's product. When I was in high school I had a set of SSR GPO on my 93 Prelude! I got so many people complement my car and the wheels.... I think the knock off wheels and other new brands here in US has driven away the business. DONT buy knock off wheels guys!! I can't imagine if Work goes down.....
