The new Bentley models are relatively "bargain priced ", this particularly one probably cost $150 - 170K , substantially less than the previous Bentley Continental R coupes which was well over $200K + . . .

In the state of texas, there are only 5 continental GT's??? I've seen 3 in the city of st. louis here, and its not nearly as big of a luxury market like the cities of dallas and houston are.

I also saw a silver one just this other day near West Cov.
Some ricer in a beat up 1990 Ford Escort with huge muffler tried to run it every time it was going beside the Bentley. The Escort, despite very slow from start, did have some kick after it reached 40mph + since it was a stick.
The guy who drove the Bentley never really bothered to look at the Escort. But I could tell that he was already spanking the little Ford even at a cruising speed.

Impressive to us mortals . . . an extraordinary performance!
Saw a white one parked in the #1 valet slot as I came out of McCormick & Schmick's at lunch a week ago in Houston. Still had dealer tags. Owner came out, started it (that W-12 idles like the NemoMobile in LXG), and after a few minutes impressing the rest of us in the valet line, drove off. Very, very nice!
