I can't believe how unbelievably bad this car looks, what were they thinking at Porsche with the decision to give us a big ugly odd looking Ford Taurus looking station wagon and that is the look people want. It is almost like they went out of their way to make it look ugly, bad, and undesirable. I know there is still some camo and cladding on it but I just can't see how it will possibly improve much from a already completely awful shape and look. Why they did not go with a CLS or Rapide or just normal sporty 4 door sedan type design is beyond me. If I did not know this was a Porsche I would honestly think it was some kind of big Ford or Dodge station wagon. This much awaited car looks absolutely awful and will carry a big overpriced Porsche pricetag. I think after initial "Porsche badge" buys it is going to fail miserably and be the laughing stock of the auto world. I hope I am wrong because I was pretty excited about a Porsche sports sedan but this thing looks terrible.

Oh dear.....will look bad stock and will need to be lowered with huge wheels to look right.

Sad, stock cars just look so bad today.

It looks like a wagon. It took Porsche so many years to make this ugly thing?

You can put lipstick on a pig......you know the rest.....

Clarkson is right, Porsche designers are lazy. Case proven.

What happened to the team that designed the Cayman?

A more Cayman like rear end for the Panamera than what has been shown will look much better for me.

imho Lamborghini and Porsche will do some damage to their names as a result of these me too models. Ferrari wont make a sedan. You can bet on that

I am not feeling it at all ( it has a freakn hatchback). It may grow on me, but I doubt it. I would rather roll in a worked LS460.

Good luck getting good rear vision.

Also the width of the hatch reminds me of the Sebring.
