That rear end looks Otherwise, the rest of the car looks fine.
They are also supposed to have a 2-door coupe version of the Panamera later right ? which is like a new version of the Porsche 928 GT ? I think that would be more interesting to me.

I won't buy it and I've bought a few Porsches. But can't knock the profit motive at Porsche, this car and the Cayenne don't appeal to many Porsche enthusiasts, but they sell in large numbers and contribute to the bottom line.

those posts comparing it to other cars are crazy. the first one's a 2 door and none of the other cars have the steep rear hatch and certainly won't have the handling or performance.
this is a car no one needs. it's for going to home depot REALLY fast.

The more I see this car the more I don't like it and can't believe they chose that jellybean Taurus wagon like design. It is sad when most auto illustrators for car mags are much better designers then the actual overpaid auto designers that work for major automakers. I could have easily designed a much better looking car then this ugly bland new Porsche in 10 minutes while I was drunk. The whole wagon look totally kills it, they already have the Cayanne SUV if you want that kind of utility, it should have resembled a CLS or Aston Martin Rapide. Even if they were going with the wagon hatchback look, these designs would have been so much better.
