Very Nice truck I agree that a milder grill would look even better.

Is it a stick or auto?

I believe all Titan trucks have the 5-spd auto transmission.

I have never seen a 2-door Titan before. Most of the ones I've seen have 4 doors. The 2-door one must have been a rare find, Ebanks

Yes and no. The Tundra is a refined and quality truck, no doubt......but the Titan is a TRUE full-sizer. The Tundra, despite Toyota's repeated marketing efforts to promote it as such, simply is NOT.

so tell me... what constitutes a full-size truck?? and why would consumer reports rank the tundra over the titan for a full-size truck if infact it wasnt?

A full-size truck is generally considered the wheelbase, engine size, GVWR, and interior dimensions of standard-length F-150/Silverado/Ram class trucks. The Titan is the only non-domestic nameplate truck to match these. The Tundra (and earlier T-100 and T-150 ) are clearly not in this size class...their dimensions are actually about 7/8 scale....about even with the Dodge Dakota. The Tundra DOES have a full-size engine option, however, and the extended-wheelbase model places it in the full-size category length-wise but NOT widthwise. Consumer Reports may consider it a " full-size " truck. I disagree.....for the reasons just stated.

The Titan shares NONE of these shortcomings....it is a true full-size truck any way you look at it.
The only significant things that the domestic full-size trucks have as an option that the Titan doesn't is an 8' bed and a diesel-engine option for REALLY heavy-duty towing.

I hope this helps answer your question....that is the best way I can explain it.
