Default Picked up a new vehicle today

I had been thinking about buying strictly a daily and using something else for a tow vehicle, but I decided that was stupid. I can use this for business travel and for racing, as apparently I won't be taking clients out, but actually visiting them just in their hospital settings.

Anyway, I went out today and ended up picking up an 04 Titan 4x4 SE that was still on the lot. I was surprised it only had 51 miles on it! Picking up a pretty decent open 2-axle trailer with winch next week, so we should be good to go do some racing here fairly soon

Here are some pics:

Nice pickup. Reminds me of the SE-V6 I used to have during my college years. Nissan makes great pick-up trucks

If you're thinking of mods, I'd change out the grille. Not only is there too much chrome, but I think the designers went way over the top with the grille design

Congrats on the new truck! Those trucks look like they will swallow anything in their path!

You should check out this site for parts for your truck (my company developed this website for a California Infiniti/Nissan dealership - they are part of the Mossy Auto Group) - http://www.mossyperformance.com

Congragulations. Nice truck. It's about time the Japanese manufacturers made some REAL competition to domestic full-size trucks....which the Titan IS.
Neither of the Toyota T-100 / 150 or Tundra pickups were true full-sizers despite the fact that they were marketed as such.
There were some initial teething problems at the Canton, MS plant that builds this truck, but by now they should have been pretty well worked out.
If you don't know the general break-in rules for a new vehicle...or if the salesman didn't give the Nissan recommendations to you at delivery.....PM me and I'll give them to you.

To keep the paint nice, I recommend a product called SCRATCH-OUT. Comes in liquid or paste form....by Northern labs. Great stuff...and inexpensive.....$3-5. It will take out all kinds of surface scratches and paint imperfections, as long as they are not real deep. I've used it myself for many years. Available at some auto parts stores and some dealer parts departments...or you can order it.

i dont really care much for the design of the titan, seems like they overdid it alot in the front. BUT, that can be changed with a billet grille.
