Inside Benz thinking of Lexus info
Got this on another forum
[IMG]Just thought I would throw my .02 cents into the conversation.
I consulted at MBUSA Corporate HQ - they are well aware of their reliability issues. They were most concerned with Lexus in their market space. As you would think, the C-class is their highest revenue model that sells.
Granted this was coming from an IT person, but just gives you an idea. Otherwise MB employees get awesome deals on MB's, really sick discounts..[/IMG]
They must be now scared crapless, with the new IS coming.
And I do find, the revamped C-class with the new 5 spkloe 17s and AMG front GORGOUS. And I am seeing this car a lot, so it must have picked up sales. It looks wonderful touched up.

When using C-class loaner cars in the past, I always felt that it was a cramped MB with all the big MB features shoved in. On the outside, the new C-class looks nice, but I think like all MB cars reliability issues have hampered it.

1Sick, I totally agree, I think the C-Class Sport is one TIGHT whip. I realy would like one.... I drove one at the GM Test Drive event, it was probably my favorite car there.... not quite as good as the 3 series in the turns, but still very competent handler with good steering feel and nice looking interior.
