He could be talking about autocross events in which case its entirely possible! Actually id say this car might have an advantage vs a viper on an rainy autocross day for example. Either way is a very ambigous pic suggesting very ambigous claims.

I could sit here and tell you that my nissan 1990 240sx with coilovers and a cone filter rated at 140 hp beat a 2004 cadillac CTS-v rated at 400 hp, or once it beat a nissan 350z rated at 287 hp......

on the autocross....

And fully modded I can totally see this car handing an *** whooping on any stock lambo ferrari, viper or vette, and probably match a viper 1000tt on a 1/4 drag race. (1000tt would have a hell of a time launching on street tires..)
