I dunno im inclined to think that tucker honestly did not see the cop and did not pull over, I actaully believe the man.
If not by his reputation alone, (the man actually spents his spare time going to the most depressing countries of the world to raise awareness for aids, instead of seeing him in rumors that he is boning some spoiled just turned legal child. cough bruce willis and christian slater and that lohan chick/cough*
But rather because of the car he drives compare to what a typical hw patrol officer drives. Lets see, he drives a 557 hp twin turbo 6 liter V12 bentley continental that is capable of running the 1/4 in the high 12 seconds bone stock, and is limited to at least 155 mph eletronically, (I bet it could do close to 200 mph with no limit!) vs a 239-300 hp ford interceptor that would actually top out around 150+ mph with no limiter. Point taken if he was actually trying to avoid the cops hed do a lot frigging faster then 109, and would taken some pretty skilled manuvering in the cops part to actually catch him with such a dissadvantage between the 2 machines.
This man was in the wrong and does deserve a ticket of some kind, but this is really just a sad waste of tax dollars to see an other wise law abiding citizen jailed and then have him publicly humiliated on the media for something so stupidly trivial? My oppinion the attention ***** pd of that area can suck it for that particular action. Why dont they spend the time solving real crimes instead?
If i was tucker id freaking fight the ticket then sue the pd if there turns out to be any wrong play on the pd's part. Which imo it does seem pretty suspicions on their part.

Oh so this is what happened to Tucker. I havent seen or heard about him since RH2. I heard he became real religious now. Good for him. Hey religious people have the urge to speed every now and then. Oh well, wish him the best with that ticket.

Hell average traffic speed in my area is 80 mph, 85 the people on the passing lane, in az its legal as long as your going with the flow of traffic.
Wed all done much worse.. hate to admit but its the truth (and ill raise the flag if you tell me you never had...). Personally though I try to not go above flow of traffic and keep it on the track. But I still think this whole hoopla is a waste of tax payers money. Why dont they do a crack down on car thieves instead? Or expose known car thieves in a similar fashion instead?
I will say that tucker was in the wrong, but I see the punishment for the crime unfitting and the publishing of this to the media totally unnecessary and a waste of time on everyones part.
And instant on is hard to counter but I very rarely seen the police use it in the area.

Get ready to put up your flag. I have never done triple-digit speeds. The fastest I have ever gone is around 85....on an Interstate highway briefly with a high-powered Ford Thunderbird years ago.
Honest. I normally stay within 5-10 MPH of limits to avoid tickets. (and reckless driving). And, more so, I try and avoid high-speed roads to start with to keep from getting damage from flying rocks, chips, debris, etc..... My car is going on 5 years old and looks like the day it was built.
Instant-on is anything BUT rare. I can't speak for your area and if they use a lot of them, , but all of those hand-held radar guns you see the parked cops holding out the driver's window...........they all go on and off when you pull the trigger. The best Escorts and Valentines can't pick them up until it's too late.

Haha, marshall, no wonder you never cared for high power cars It's great that you drive within the limits of traffic laws
I' ve never had a speeding ticket for at least the past 10 years, yet in that period, I' ve gone the equivalent of triple digits mph at least a dozen times on relatively lonely roads.
